What we do

Secretary Plus has been the specialist in the recruitment of multilingual support profiles for more than 25 years. So, no wonder we are the market leader within our niche! Our 80 employees leverage our extensive screening process and their capacity to spot talent for job vacancies. Secretary Plus Belgium has 16 offices, supporting assistants throughout the country in finding their dream job. Quality is always foremost in our minds, as our consultants consistently pull out all the stops to ensure the right match for both the customer and candidate.

Since Secretary Plus evolves with the changes in the labour market, Outsourcing Solutions, a division specialised in outsourcing talent, was founded 10 years ago. Our Project Assistants have a fixed contract with Outsourcing Solutions and work for our customers on a diverse array of projects. This format allows us to offer the expertise, continuity and flexibility that our customers need. Finally, through our online platform We Assist You, we offer online solutions and coaching to encourage the personal growth and development of assistants across the country.
